We are fighting to keep people in their homes. Please help. Our firm is actively buying REO's, Non performing notes etc. that are US based tranches or mortgages. Would like direct contact with bank officers (Large or small - i.e. Barclay's, DB, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo etc) Please NO brokers ....also would consider private equity, investment group(s) or hedge funds looking to liquidate portfolios / toxic assets. We are not region specific, but must be US based and residential properties (we will be looking to acquire commercial distressed assets in 2010 - 1 or 2Q). Our target is $1B minimum portfolio size, but can be broken into smaller tranches that add up to the minimum. Please email me directly if you have DIRECT access or are an officer of a bank or possibly a private equity, investment group, LLC or hedge fund looking to liquidate portfolio(s).Mike FeslerV.P. Hello Mike:
Its been quite a while and you know I wouldn't hesitate in helping & aiding you in your request as I have done in the past whenever I can.
I would like for you to print this out if you can or take notes: There are 3 sources that I have on my rolodex you can contact in regards to your request for REO's or toxic assets.
IF your firm is truly looking to do so, the best way to do so is by "leveraging" whatever cash your firm has on hand. I have 3 co-investment sources you can contact, to allow your purchasing power to go that much further in this economy when cash is certainly king, even in the distressed market.
http://kpoventures.com/ http://silo-financ ial.com/nonperformingloans.html http://www.garrisoninv.com/ &nb sp; Now in regards to non performing notes or tranches or mortgages, I would "prefer" for you to acquire "mezzanine loans" as the most viable option right now in terms of "loan purchasing". Not equity, not senior debt, but MEZZANINE. On top of that, I know of a platform that I use that you can use to make "bids" on tranches of reo properties DIRECTLY from the FDIC.........not just the banks. No brokers involved, just the platform that I have knowledge of that I get alerts form every month. But if you want to chat more my friend feel free to contact me at anytime so I can assist in anyway.I keep my ears to the market, and I have a few publications you can get up to speed with in regards to how you can reach out to certain sources within the "distressed assets" niche. Just remember to ask me about them and I can give you info on them during the call my friend. Glad to see your still your still active!!!!! -Demarr W.
